Last November, Erin and I took a week long vacation to the Turks & Caicos island. To be perfectly honest, this was my first time ever leaving the country (better late than never). I can’t even begin to describe how amazing it was! Rather than stay home and host Thanksgiving on Erin’s birthday, we wanted a vacation away for the two of us. We stayed at the Seven Stars Resort and Spa, which was so amazing and I can’t recommend it enough.
